Each order is carefully prepared, professionally packaged, and goes through a rigorous inspection process to ensure you receive the best possible product. All hair orders are thoroughly checked before shipping to guarantee your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds.

Exchange Policy

If you’re unhappy with the color or texture of your purchase, we offer a one-time exchange. You can request a prepaid label to return your hair, and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request based on our current inventory. Should you remain unsatisfied with the exchanged item, any future exchanges will be at your expense. Please keep in mind that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Shipping

We process orders Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for order processing before shipment. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping method selected and destination. Shayla Iyana Hair is not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues once the package has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking information via email.
